人才培訓
MBA海外管理人才培訓計畫，從2012年起就開始每年甄選約8名優秀學生，派遣至美國企業進行一整年的工作實習，學習跨國企業的生產、業務、人事、財會等管理，實現理論與實務結合的教學方式，豐富你的工作履歷。
實習成效

英語能力：藉由工作及日常生活的對話中，增進英文聽、說、讀、寫的能力與溝通的技巧。

管理思維：了解並學習外國企業的經營環境、理念與不同的管理思維。

分析規劃：透過參與管理之相關工作，增進分析與問題解決的能力。

國際觀：透過假日旅行與日常生活中，體驗美國的多元文化，學習不同的思考方式，培養國際觀並開拓國際的視野。
